I sent Arnold a mail some time ago, asking him exactly this. I did not receive an answer yet. However, when I was there (beginning of June) he told me that he was very busy, and that he concentrated very much on building the bikes which were ordered (maybe this is the explanation for the missing mid racer on the webshop). At least there were a lot of frames lying around in his workshop – and I did see readily assembled Mid Racers!

I wonder when it will get into production. 72 days ago, Arnold promised to add the midracer to his webshop within a week…

Maybe in a delta trike? but in a tadpole I think it will put the weight a wrong place.

It might work well with a LWB or CLWB because it moves the weight forward which might make handling better.

that looks faster than a Brompton. But of course it does not fold just as small. But it might be a good travel trike.

That would speak for in the mountain AND in winter, because thin and cool air can only take few humidity. But you need a track there too. And you have to be able to bring the “officials” there…
Lausitzring seems to have worked pretty good. You cannot control the weather when making the date of course…

Let’s think this through. Hot or cold air is only marginally the issue. It is hot, very hot, in New Mexico in the summer but the air is much lighter than hot air in New York City.

The issue, the only issue really, is humidity, yes? Get out of the sun in New Mexico and you are instantly cooled; standing in the shade in NYC in July doesn’t help much at all.

So race, regardless of altitude, in air that has the lowest humidity. Yes?

I have done both and I can vouch for the difference.
