Trikerace 2010 during the special bikes show in Germersheim
At the inofficial Europe-Cup of the recumbent trike riders on Saturday, 24.04.2010 at the special bikes show in Germersheim 33 riders from 6 nations met.
In short stints of few minutes the fastest trike-racers were estimated on a fast track with steep turns, jumps and water trenches.
In an exciting race held at bright sunshine, Jahn Herscher won on his Kettwiesel, followed by the two Scorpion-drivers Arne Ulrich and Max Sparn from the team HP Velotechnik. The champion of 2009, Martin Wöllner, endet his race in bales of straw after a racing duel. As trophies valuable items from SON, Ortlieb and Hase were handed over.
At the next trike race during special bike show 2011 beneath the company drivers of race organizer Hase and HP Velotechnik drivers of further trike producers as well as exhibition visitors from the audience can participate. HP Velotechnik and Hase will offer racing vehicles for them.
