On Saturday 24th of April 2010 HP Velotechnik, Hasebikes and the Special Bikes Show in Germersheim host the biggest trike race in Europe.
In short racing runs of a couple of minutes, the fastest trike rider on the track in front of the Germersheim town hall, which includes a banked curve, jumps and a water trench, will be identified.
Drivers from the audience are invited to participate. HP Velotechnik offers loan-Scorpione , Hasebikes too offers trikes for racers without own vehicle. You can also start with your own recumbent trike.
During these fascinating races you can already sense the fun of riding by watching. 2009 title holder, Dipl-Ing. Martin Wöllner, a member of the HP Velotechnik-Team, will start again with his Scorpion. If a sufficient number of female riders participates, a seperate ladies’ race will be started. The number of participants is limited. Detailed participation conditions and a registration form are available on Saturday, 24th of April 2010 prior to 1pm at the Hasebikes-booth on the Special Bikes Show Germersheim (next to the HP Velotechnik booth in Hall 1).
Preliminary Schedule:
1 pm registration closes (Booth of Hasebikes)
3 pm numbers will be handed out, attendance mandatory
3 pm to 4 pm free training for people with number
4 pm riders briefing, attendance mandatory
4:30 pm start of the races
6 pm award ceremony
